Cup and Ball(work in progress)4-Capirucho(trabajo en progreso)4

For this session I only used walnut oil as my medium...this is to follow the fat over lean rule of oil painting... I started using thinner mediums(more solvents like turpentine or odorless mineral spirits) on the first coats of paint and fatter mediums (more oil)on the last coats.  For this painting I used burnt umber, raw umber, yellow ochre, viridian, ultramarine blue, ivory black, and lead white as my palette. Now I can call this painting finished!

Para esta sesión solo usé óleo de nuez como mi medio..ésto es para seguir la regla de graso sobre magro de la pintura al óleo..empecé a usar medios más delgados(más solventes como la trementina o espiritu mineral sin olor) en las primeras capas de pintura y medios más grasos(más óleo)en las últimas capas.  Para esta pintura usé sombra tostada, sombra natural, amarillo ocre, verde viridian, azul ultramar, negro marfil y blanco plomo como mi paleta.  Ahora puedo llamar está pintura ¡terminada!
